In Week 3 of Term 3, we did Play Make Create. This is where the teacher reads you a story and you discuss the message in the story. Then you create something based on the message and also do a piece of writing. You can use materials or make a digital creation. This week Mrs Craig Read the book: the smartest Giant in Town by Julia Donaldson. It was about being kind. I chose to Make a LEGO map with all the people that he helped. Here is my work.
Kia ora Karlie, What a fun way to spend a Friday learning through listening to a story and then creating something that shows the message from the story. I can tell that your lego giant is friendly because you have given him a very big smile. You've done a great job! Isn't creating with lego the best!
